Reset Retreats Terms and Conditions:

Payment: By registering for Reset Retreats, you agree to pay the total fee of $695 for credit card payments, $675 for Venmo payments. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the Retreat.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: A full refund, minus an administrative fee of $300, will be provided for cancellations made one month before the retreat's start date. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made after July 9, 2025.

Cancellation: To cancel your registration and request a refund, please contact us at happy@mycustomretreats.com with your request and relevant details.

Transferability: Your registration is transferable to another individual upon request, provided the request is made two weeks before the commencement of the retreat. Note that this may impact the personalization of Swag Bag materials.

Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather: Reset Retreats may proceed with the retreat as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. Attendees acknowledge that inclement weather, such as rain, storms, or extreme temperatures, may occur during the retreat. Reset Retreats reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule or activities in response to inclement weather, but cancellation of the retreat due to weather conditions will not result in a refund. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and should plan accordingly for potential weather-related disruptions.

Workshop Changes: Reset Retreats reserves the right to modify or cancel workshops, speakers, or any part of the retreat schedule at any time. Attendees will be promptly notified of any changes. Changes to the itinerary will not allow for refunds.

All Information Shared is Advice Only: Any information, guidance, or recommendations provided during Reset Retreats, whether by organizers, staff, instructors, or fellow attendees, are intended for informational and advisory purposes only. Attendees acknowledge that any insights, suggestions, or opinions shared during the retreat are not to be construed as professional advice, medical diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment. Attendees are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals regarding any specific concerns or needs they may have. Reset Retreats and its affiliates are not liable for any consequences resulting from the reliance on or interpretation of information shared during the retreat. Attendees assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions based on the information provided during the retreat.

Limited Liability for Possessions: Reset Retreats and its organizers, Custom Retreats LLC, shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal belongings or possessions brought by attendees to the retreat. Attendees are solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings and are encouraged to take appropriate precautions, such as securing valuables in designated storage areas or locking accommodations when unattended. Reset Retreats and Custom Retreats LLC shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of damage to or loss of personal belongings during the retreat. Attendees participate in the retreat at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring the security and protection of their possessions at all times.

Participant Behavior and Actions: Reset Retreats and its organizers, Custom Retreats LLC, are not responsible for the behavior, actions, or conduct of other participants during the retreat. Attendees acknowledge and accept that they participate in the retreat at their own risk and that Reset Retreats and Custom Retreats LLC cannot control the behavior of other individuals. While Reset Retreats strives to maintain a safe and respectful environment, attendees are responsible for their interactions with others and must adhere to the retreat's code of conduct. Reset Retreats and Custom Retreats LLC shall not be liable for any consequences arising from interactions or engagements with other participants. Attendees are encouraged to report any concerns or incidents to retreat staff promptly.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to the retreat's code of conduct. This includes treating fellow participants, staff, and property with courtesy and consideration. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others or the retreat environment may result in expulsion from the retreat without refund. Attendees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the code of conduct and abiding by its guidelines throughout the duration of the retreat.

Personal Liability Waiver: Reset Retreats and Custom Retreats LLC are not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur during the retreat, whether on the retreat property, off the property, on the lake or during any activities, such as: boating, tubing, wakeboarding, skiing, swimming, hiking, nature walks, yoga, fitness classes, hatchet throwing, tug-of-war, or any and all other sports and activities. Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own well-being and safety. By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with participating in physical and mental activities and outdoor excursions. It is recommended that attendees assess their own physical fitness and health conditions before engaging in any activities, be advised by their doctor or other health professionals and take appropriate precautions to ensure their safety.

Travel Insurance Requirement: Attendees are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover any potential disruptions, cancellations, or difficulties related to their travel arrangements to and from the retreat location. Reset Retreats and Custom Retreats LLC are not liable for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of travel disruptions, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or other transportation issues, sickness, political unrest, or natural disasters. Attendees acknowledge that they will not receive a refund from Reset Retreats or Custom Retreats LLC in the event of travel-related difficulties, regardless of the circumstances. It is strongly recommended that attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

By registering, attendees acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in retreat activities. Attendees release Reset Retreats, its organizers, staff, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from their participation.

Reset Retreats reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions as needed, with changes communicated to attendees.
